The location of this hotel was fantastic with great views of an old fortress/castle on an island in the river. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was polite and helpful. The adjacent pub was a great addition, and the parking was convenient.

The breakfast choices were limited and not up to par.

Good and so simple, quiet and no too much rooms so i felt as my hotel alone nice view on the castel and the river in front of the hotel. good for relaxing.just it's expensive liitle bit according to other hotels in the city but i think it's good.

Perfect location near Kremlin, helpful staff, delicious breakfast and dinner, spacious room with necessary amenities, adjacent restaurants, good parking.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I stayed in a lot of smaller town in former soviet union (Russia, Ukraine Belarus etc. . ) this far exceeds the norm for a hotel in one of these small towns. Staff speak English (well) are polite, friendly, the rooms are very big and clean, the bed is comfortable, I asked for extra pillows (and they said sure no problem, that may seem simple but in cis region not so!) the view is superb (in a city with not many , if any good views) of the kremlin which is like a very old fortress/castle in an island on the river. (Their smaller version not the one in Moscow, but still worth a visit and historically interesting), the river area which is 10 yards from the door is clean nice and not smelly (for those who visit the region you know why I mention this). And the breakfast is fin. Its next to a real western style pub. All for $100 including bfast. . . . . that’s a rare combination of a good experience and reasonable price in Russia!!!!! Highly recommended. I visited twice while riding my Harley from Kiev to St Pete (and back). I stayed at Astoria in St Pete ($600 a night!) which was clearly better. But not 600% better !!. for those trying to get to it use yandex or russian search engine. Google maps is rubbish in russia. It sent me way out of the correct location, as it did in st pete several times also. And I can write in Cyrillic so it wasn’t a “user language issue” HIGHLY RECOMMENDED STAY AND GREAT PLEASURE.

Perfect location, with the views. They don't ask money for the obligatory "registration". New tv, big rooms.

Some things in the rooms look to be "overused" - a spot on the carpet, a hole in the curtain, etc But if you don't pay attention to these details, then it's pretty ok (not luxury, but ok).

The hotel's location was exceptional; it was in close proximity to a major landmark and the riverside. The staff were friendly and helpful when approached. The rooms were well cleaned, and the view from the window was great.

The breakfast service could have been better. The person serving was talking too much, which slowed down the process, and they were a bit controlling of the items that could be taken.

The hotel is good enough

You have to go to the next building via street to have a breakfast and the wifi cost (100 rub/hour) is too high.

Hotel located in the front of Pskov river. Good room and bath. Wifi very expensive, 100 RUB/hour. Poor breakfast. Too expensive for the services.

The hotel had a great location with beautiful views of a historic fortress and a clean river nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my Christmas stay very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

The lack of air conditioning made the rooms quite hot, which was not ideal during the summer season. , there was no fridge in my room which would have been helpful to store drinks and snacks.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the river and close to the main attractions. The cleanliness was impressive and I felt very comfortable during my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed trying new foods.
